標準一：食品級原材料

塑料包裝袋必須要達到食品級，因為直接與食品接觸，如果原材料不過關(guān)，用了回收料或者工業(yè)級的材料，雖然在外觀上看不出區(qū)別，但是對食品會產(chǎn)生很大的影響，甚對人體造成一定的危害。

標準二：耐寒性

標準三：耐沖擊性

為防止在運輸、裝卸的過程中受到外力的破壞，對袋子的耐沖擊性也有較高的要求。

標準四：熱封強度

袋子的熱封強度不夠或者熱封溫度過高，都會導致封口不好。

標準五：拉斷力、層間剝離強度

Standard 5: Breaking force and interlayer peel strength

包裝袋的力學性能如果比較差，很容易導致分層、無法達到應(yīng)有的承重作用。

標準六：耐穿刺性

Standard 6: puncture resistance

冷凍后的食品一般比較堅硬，運輸及堆放過程中很容易將包裝袋穿破，因此冷袋子的耐穿刺性要求很高。

Frozen food is generally relatively hard, and it is easy to break through the packaging bags during transportation and stacking, so the puncture resistance of cold bags is required to be high.

標準七：抗壓性

Standard 7: Compression resistance

這一點主要針對在運輸和搬運過程中的跌落或者沖擊等對產(chǎn)品的損害。
